With decades of experience transitioning through life’s stages, from starting out after university to returning to work as a busy mum of 3 and everything in between, I’ve embraced and utilised skills to achieve work-life and life-life balance to reach my goals successfully. Perhaps you’re a mum returning to work and excited to discover new directions. Usually a positive achiever, you may have become stuck trying to reach your goals. My coaching sessions provide a safe and confidential space for honest conversations. You will gain clarity on what’s holding you back so you can progress forward. Through zoom calls or in person by agreement, we will tackle your distractions such as overwhelm, procrastination, uncertainty, emotions, and limiting beliefs. With raised self-awareness and confidence you will have a plan to get back on track. Flourish with renewed energy and excitement to live a happy, fulfilled and balanced life.

ABOUT ME
I am a qualified Life Coach with a passion for helping women achieve their best lives.
I know what it’s like to have multiple competing priorities and feel stuck when trying to progress. Equally I see the opportunities to reassess and realign my purpose with my values and strengths as I have navigated through stages of life. I’ve been a quarter lifer fresh out of university, career developer, a full-time mum and a returning to work mum. I’m currently a working mum with a busy family life and three children of various ages. My empty nest stage is nudging closer. Which stage are you at?
My passion for coaching and development spans multiple decades, including my interests and studies at university. I have since complemented this with further qualifications in life coaching and developing my own personal framework to successfully guide my clients through exploration to achievement. I remain highly active and engaged with coaching networks and accredited training providers to keep up to date with the very latest insights in order to best support you. I have an active interest in Coaching Psychology, nature and the environment we live in.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I have never worked with a coach before, are the packages beginner friendly?
Together we tailor your sessions uniquely for you. Come as you are and we take it from there. They are indeed as beginner friendly as you require. I will gauge and adjust for you so when you’re ready to be stretched we can do that too.
What happens after I contact you?
I’ll email or call you to arrange and confirm a 30 minute zoom call to discuss your requirements and what I can offer you through our coaching time together. You don’t pay for this session so hopefully that’s a good start for you. As long as we are both happy to proceed, after the zoom call, I will send you some documents to get you started, a contract and any details we have spoken about.
What do I need to prepare for each session?
If you would like to work through a specific goal come with that in mind. If you’re not sure where to begin please come as you are and we will take it from there. Always bring something to record your notes with – eg pen, paper, computer, and a drink.
Do all the sessions get booked in at the same time?
Whichever way works for you. I will happily book all your sessions at the start of our journey or as we go a week or two ahead.
What happens in between each session?
Your personal growth continues between sessions. You will keep developing your insights and self awareness to move you forward. You will complete actions that you set yourself in the sessions noting or recognising hurdles and successes. You will see your progress and hopefully look forward to your next session.
